• Remove the arch support before washing.
• Dampen the stained surface with a microfibre cloth and cold water.
• Gently wipe the stain with the damp cloth, adding a small amount of mild soap if necessary.
• Rinse the area with the microfibre cloth to remove soap and dirt.
• To maintain the shape, we recommend filling the inside of the shoe with paper without ink.
• We recommend removing the laces, which should be washed by hand, separately, in a mild soap and water solution.

• Don’t immerse the shoe in water and don’t leave it to soak.
• Don’t dry the shoe with sources of heat like a hair dryer, stove or direct sunlight.
• Don’t use printed or coloured paper, so as to avoid colour transfer between surfaces.
• Don’t use solvents, thinners or aggressive chemicals.
• Don’t machine wash as this may damage the shoe.
