Ironman Cervia 2025 features several races designed for every type of athlete: the full distance (3.8 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km run), the Ironman 70.3 and the 5150, scheduled between Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21. The long-distance triathlon kicks off on Saturday with the classic sequence: swimming in the calm waters of the Adriatic, crossing the Cervia Salt Pans Natural Reserve where you’ll be accompanied by the spectacle of pink flamingos, and a 180 km bike ride through the countryside up to Bertinoro. The marathon will wind through the most scenic spots of Cervia and Milano Marittima, finishing on the beach with the coveted “IRONMAN finisher” status.

The weekend also includes exciting side events: the Parade of Nations and the Night Run on Thursday 18, the Ironkids for young athletes on Friday 19, and the highlight competitions across Saturday and Sunday. The whole city will come alive with sport, color and excitement, transforming into a vibrant triathlon village where you can experience the Ironman atmosphere first-hand.
