Returns and refunds
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOTICE - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN FOR DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products in undamaged condition and with the original packaging, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, with reference to all customised and/or made-to-measure products.
THE CONFIGURABLE PRODUCT IS NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:
1. After 24 hours from receipt of the order, send an e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org containing your decision to withdraw, indicating the order number, the articles you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request.
Please note that we can only replace products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect: we do not accept replacements for size changes.
2. Look at your inbox, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form with the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Code, the courier's contact details for returning the parcel and the address of our warehouse, which you must print out and affix to the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return.
If you choose to use our courier service, the costs of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.
3. Put the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their parts, unused, with the original packaging and any accompanying manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to ensure that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any diminution in the value of the goods, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.
4. Print the return form and place it inside the box containing the products you wish to return. Put the address of our warehouse on the outside of the box.

7. When the returned goods are returned to our warehouse, we will make the refund using the same method of payment used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or non-conformity, you shall be entitled to have the product's conformity restored by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you may request the repair or replacement or reimbursement of the item. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects in the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery, it being understood that your action to assert the aforementioned conformity defects shall in any case be time-barred within twenty-six months from their delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as a specific reason "Damaged, non-compliant product or wrong shipment" and attaching to the e-mail one or more pictures of the article in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment. The authorisation to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after we have carried out the appropriate quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
In the event that the product's non-conformity is ascertained, we will make the refund using the same method of payment used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
